    Hi Scrim,

I think you're looking at two different cards - this card is currently exclusive to moneysupermarket and is different to the one shown on the AA website. It includes 0% on all card purchases for 10 months from the date your account is opened.

If you click 'Apply' from the article or 'Proceed'' from our credit card table, click on 'Card benefits' in the greyed out menu under the AA logo on the website and you'll see the full details of the card.

As always, under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, if you use your credit card to pay for items over £100 (but less than £30,000), you do have extra protection.

    I hope that helps.

Your narrative show 'No interest on purchases for first 10 months' but the AA website shows 'No interest on motoring purchases until Feb 2011'. I was hoping to pay holiday balances on this new card, to get credit card insurance for them, but if this does not include interest free on those purchases, there may not be much benefit?

Does the AA card provide free insurance on purchases?

Review of the week: The AA Credit Card exclusive to moneysupermarket.com

The AA has launched a new credit card, available exclusively through moneysupermarket.com. There's no interest to pay on purchases for the first 10 months but are there any catches and is it the right card for you?

Our editor Clare Francis took a closer look.
