    Re: Returning shoes

Swap them, I cannot see a problem providing everyone is treated with civility and respect.

    Re: Returning shoes

Thanks, when i bought them earlier she said that I could exchange them but not get a refund cause they were in the sale, which is fine.

I understand that they aren't obliged to refund or exchange them just because they don't fit. I only bought them about 2 hours ago so would rather do it now and stand a better chance of them saying yes to an exchange if I take them back now.

    Re: Returning shoes

Please note; that just because the shoes do not fit does not give you a statutory right to a refund or replacement. Under the sale of goods act it is only if the goods are faulty or not of the quality / fit for their intended purpose (quality, not size), that the retailer is obliged to offer a refund / replacement.

Anything they offer you now is at the sole discretion of the retailer. However, if the shoes have not been worn or visibly marked on the soles, then I cannot see the fact you have removed the stickers, or the shoes are the wrong size affecting their decision to offer you a replacement / refund as a reasonable alternative.

Ask them in a polite manner and explain you made a simple mistake, you will have a greater chance of this problem being resolved to your advantage. !

    Returning shoes

Hi, hope someone can help me. I bought a pair of shoes and before I wore them I took the stickers off the bottom. But now I've tried them they don't fit. Can I return them for something else, or are they classed as used since I took the stickers off?
