    Hi jacob --- Sorry can't help you on the travel insurance query with any certainty, you may be better off asking the expert in this travel insurance section for clarification on that, the conditions of travel insurance differ from policy to policy ?

    We are trying to sort out holiday insurance.We work overseas but work for a UK company and pay tax and national insurance,we are paid into a UK bank account and have Uk addresses,but are not in the Uk for 6 months at any one time, do we qualify for your insurance?

    As far as the taxpayer bit you've already answered that in your question, if you already pay tax & NI contributions in the UK then you are also a UK taxpayer.

    It depends from which viewpoint.

    From a personal financial one, yes. From a tax one, you would need better advice than I can give you.

    We work abroad for a Brıtish company,we pay tax and national insuraance in the UK,we both have UK bank accounts and are paid ın the UK to our UK addresses.

    Do we qualıfy as Uk residents?
