My mortgage deal is ending in December. At the moment I have a very good rate 4.59%, but I am worried that the interest rates will go up with inflation.

Can I start looking for remortage deals now or is it too early? I have heard that the lenders do not entertain any enquiries for remortgage customers if their current deals are not ending in the next 3 months. Is this true?

Lenders may take that attitude but mortgage advisors are happy to entertain enquiries at any time.
