I'm pleased to say that we recently launched Customer Review functionality on our site at the end of last week. After a few teething problems it's now up and running.

I urge all members of the Broadband Forum to access the Customer Reviews section and rate your ISP by following the simple process - once you've inputted your review and confirmed your email address it will be posted live within 24-48 hours.

Please note reviews are moderated to prevent bad language and defamatory statements, we don't moderate scores or the opinions of our users. Our aim is for users to tell us their experiences with their ISP which we hope will help others to decide whether an ISP is right for them.

So what are you waiting for?
