This is all very exiciting (not), i have recently joined Sky as i thought they were good for there money, and my BT Bills have gone down also, but their Broadband service is absolutely CRAP!!. If you send an email to the Broadband support team, they will maybe contact you after 2 weeks (i have just received feedback from my first email i sent them).
Also when i joined they cut off my Broadband and then said they couldnt come and fit my Sky Broadband for another week until the engineer came out to do it ( i selected for that service). I work from home sometimes and i made a point of making sure that i was at home for that last week before they cut me off. They Lost me a whole weeks wages from work and all they kept on saying was "Sorry, it must of been a technical issue". No Kidding Lady!!!!! but they still didnt connect me any sooner.
Never mind only another 11 months to go!!
