    This is all very exiciting (not), i have recently joined Sky as i thought they were good for there money, and my BT Bills have gone down also, but their Broadband service is absolutely CRAP!!. If you send an email to the Broadband support team, they will maybe contact you after 2 weeks (i have just received feedback from my first email i sent them).

    Also when i joined they cut off my Broadband and then said they couldnt come and fit my Sky Broadband for another week until the engineer came out to do it ( i selected for that service). I work from home sometimes and i made a point of making sure that i was at home for that last week before they cut me off. They Lost me a whole weeks wages from work and all they kept on saying was "Sorry, it must of been a technical issue". No Kidding Lady!!!!! but they still didnt connect me any sooner.

    Never mind only another 11 months to go!!

    i have been with 3 diferent isp and i hate to say this ,but tiscali was the most reliable and i am now rejoining with them

    i wanted to cancel my contract last night but the queue for disconnections was over an hour. I want to swap but have no idea who to go with as ive heard mixed reviews from them all.

    hi first time user,
    joined sky on 18th Dec 2006 initial change over ok.only went 5days without service then enjoyed 2 whole days before disconnection problems started.rang tech dept,they said faulty box,will send out new one within 2 days,5 days later nothing?
    rang back,then denied saying will replace box put through to tech again ,told to disconnected and then reset box.Did this worked for 2
    hours then same problem.back to tech same advice but will get tech dept to ring within 5 days- 8 days later now passcode invaild and no service.rang back to be told sky had changed password but had not bothered to tell us?tech dept still had not rang.rang again
    on 15th jan because only way to get online is to keep resetting box,tech said will ring back in 5days again and guess what as to date
    have not rang back so today have now cancelled due to lack of service.I have never come across a customer service so amateur and
    disorgainsed as this?not only that but there home page is so boring if you go to email and come out again you have to login again arrrrrgh.dont switch to sky they havent put any effort into setting up this service at all.
