Hi can anyone help me please I have just purchased car insurance through moneysupermarket, paid deposit to Hastings etc, when checking my emails for confirmation, realised that instead of my email address there is this: bouncer AT moneysupermarket.com then a password which is not shown, also a random telephone number which i have not entered. I am now really confused as I have no idea where my confirmation email from Hastings has gone! Also called Hastings and was told in no uncertain terms I cannot change the details on the account and if I want to cancel within 14 days have to pay £20 admin fee! Help!
