Prepaid credit card funding social project

I took to prepaid credit cards with enthusiasm a couple of years ago. Here it seemed was the vehicle for getting funds to a social project in Eastern Europe. I'm operating a social enterprise which keeps a permanent presence in Ukraine.

I'd tried most other forms of transfer including WU, Moneygram, bank transfer and Ikobo.Of all Moneygram seemed fairest but was the most un-automated requiring a bank withdrawal to take cash to a post office.

Others doing similar things overseas soon gathered around a Facebook group on this topic I chose Tuxedo which seemed the best deal at the time and was happy to pay what amounted to 2.25% on each ATM withdrawal of arounf £100.

Recently we began to suspect that funds were going missing until realising that we were taking a hit on the foreign exchange rate which amounted to another 7.6% of funds.

Before giving up, to return to Moneygram I wondered if I'd be likely to find another prepaid card without the concealed fees.

See moneysupermarket page on prepaid cards http://www.moneysupermarket.com/prepaidcards/

Caxton FX cards in Euros or US dollars? Have a look at MS page and the Caxtonfx site for details.
