    Have you checked on the document which they sent you if you "did" have ppi the information can be found usually on the signed agreement, usually the appication form/agreement!

    It appears that you have just sent them a SAR (subject access request). This only obliges egg to provide all the information they hold about you or relating to you (the subject) under the data protection act 1988.

    What you must do now is write a simple letter telling them why you consider the PPI was missold, asking for the premiums to be refunded to you in full plus any interest this has caused. Send this letter onto them by recorded delivery asking for their kind response within the next 14 days.

    Hi I was wondering what I need to do next? I have sent the template letter from this site to get my ppi back off egg,I sent a 10 pound cheque with it ,egg have sent me all my old statements ,What do i do next ,do i sit and wait to here from them or do i send another template letter of some sort to them?Thank you in advance.
