This is misleading - They offer quotes with a £50 cashback offer - simply to attract us to their site - only to discover that the cashback is only available if you buy home insurance at the same time....This is only made clear in the 'small print' just before paying !!

Oh I knew about this gimmick. I'm sure I replied to a post at the time, regarding the same issue. Are you absolutely sure you must take out another insurance with them though? See: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/content1?catId=19300227&mediaId=48100692 for the T&C's...?

As my advice usually goes... check the small print, and don't believe in gimmicks disguised as benefits. They will cost you more in the long run!

How did you find out about the £50 not being applicable until taking out a further policy? Is this correct?? Please let us know.

I work there, you do not need to take out both home and car insurance to qualify for the cash back.
