Anyone thinking of signing up to the post office broadband do it on line , the customer service team are totally hopeless , it is based in Ireland so communicating can be a problem ,if your details are not right your order will not go through, no one will let you know what the problem is when you phone to ask why you have not recieved your modem and your go live date has been and gone. It took four phone calls for my husband to be finally told that there was a problem with our postcode , they had put an o when it should have been a 0 and by that time the mac code had expired , needless to say we cancelled and are now with sky.
