Pixmania are jokers!

i ordered a samsung dvd player and it came with a 2 pin plug, when i emailed / called up about it and said i wanted a UK version they said they could just send me out an adapter and that it says in the T&c's that they may send you non UK stock.

Tomake things worse if you want to return anything they are based in france!! and yes it has to be in 'as sold' condition

The way I read it is that you have to log into the pix&me page on the pixmania site, to access the returns policy for faulty goods . Pixmania from what I have read will only deal with return of faulty goods if you log the details onto the pix&me page.

The bit about packaging relates to goods being returned which are not faulty but customer is not satisfied with product for any reason. This is so, pixmania have a chance to resell the goods.

Hi all,

Just got a new plasma from pixmania. Not really happy with it and it appears to have an intermittent fault with one of the HDMI ports (keeps freezing and only comes back on when i fiddle with the cable.

Came in from work tonight (backshift) and my wife has thrown the box out! They're website staes that only items in their original packaging will be refunded? This cant be right can it? I woul dlike to exchange TV for a different model will this make a difference to them?
