The way I read it is that you have to log into the pix&me page on the pixmania site, to access the returns policy for faulty goods . Pixmania from what I have read will only deal with return of faulty goods if you log the details onto the pix&me page.
The bit about packaging relates to goods being returned which are not faulty but customer is not satisfied with product for any reason. This is so, pixmania have a chance to resell the goods.
