    i don't think agents are allowed to do that how about asking if this person could look at your account??

    Perhaps you could give your contact details at work and if you can sort my issues where managers have failed, you should be promoted. I agree, it is not totally the agents fault, I would put my money on poor leadership and customer focus. At the end of the day a phone operator is very limited in the decision power they have and it seems to me you people have little superior support. Good luck with your job and if what you say is true, perhaps you should be training other staff.

    Ok I dont agree with you all saying the agents are all useless i am a agent for them and i for one aint usless U obviously aint spoken too me if your problem isnt sorted
