Perhaps you could give your contact details at work and if you can sort my issues where managers have failed, you should be promoted. I agree, it is not totally the agents fault, I would put my money on poor leadership and customer focus. At the end of the day a phone operator is very limited in the decision power they have and it seems to me you people have little superior support. Good luck with your job and if what you say is true, perhaps you should be training other staff.
