Pipex Broadband problem’s.

I saw the pipex mini deal of 14.99 and free calls.

And signed up with a free modem.

The modem came within a day , however spent best part of day trying

To get it to work spoke to customer support and technical advice to no avail

The suggested I borrow or buy another modem which was supposed to be free

Borrowed another Modem but had Orange software with the drivers but it worked

They told me to send old modem back which I did it has now been over a month

And many telephone conversations with every fob of line you can think of including

1 / I never sent it back.

2/ We have never received it.

3/ It will take them another 15 days to fix it .

4/ You will have to pay for another one. ( Free ??? )

The actual connection seems to work OK but it is only used for a bit of

E baying and my daughter using the Cbebeis

The customer service is terrible so be warned if you have any other problems

You will have a lot of frustration and no action from pipex
