HI, just had a letter from pipex telling me ' You may have noticed that we have not fully charged you for your pipex services to date. Blah Blah
They tell me they are 'really sorry for this mistake' and that it was a problem with their systems.
They tell me they are going to take the £117 I owe them from my Credit card in a matter of days.
Just want to know really what I should do, I didnt know I wasnt being charged untill today and i checked my statements. I feel its their mistake hard luck, but i really dont know if i can say im not paying, i even think the credit card they have has expired can they charge to this?
Any advice will be great
