This is actually the number for the very efficient Pipex Business Support section but all you need to do is say that you've been put through to the wrong department yet again and they'll transfer you immediately.

It certainly is a valid number for Pipex customer relations - they seem to be able to get things done - and no queue - 9:00 - 5:30pm. Stewart is also extremely efficient - and gets things sorted out quickly. They are only trying to help and are very genuine. I'm so glad that its all over for me now, but saying that cancelling and going back to BT was not an easy thing to do because BT were running my broadband on the pipex line - because pipex failed to deliver.(although they billed me for it every month anyway even though i had never installed any software and never had broadband with them - eventually a technical cancellation. So when it came to changing over the existing BT Broadband to a new BT number / install at newly built house - you guessed it 5 hours of phonecalls to BT. LESSON LEARNED - go to BT first and dont stray for the sake of a small amount of money extra monthly - its just now worth the nightmare - good luck everyone :)

I have just been released from my own pipex nightmare by moving house - when you get to the stage where you have gone through 5 hours of total complaining on the phone to them about all aspects of there "service" and then called ofcom - eventually someone does call you back to try to help. They even give you this number to call them back on without queueing - so there it is - ask for Rita (Customer Relations) she is very helpfull.
