I have been a Pipex Broadband subscriber for about 3 years. Last April I was cold-called by Pipex Homecall and persuaded to change my telephone system to them with the promise that I would receive a Broadband upgrade from 2Mb to 8 Mb. Six months later,
despite numerous phone calls, Verbal promises which have never been kept, reminder emails and most recently a formal letter of complaint sent by Recorded Delivery on 10/10 to The Manager, of their Customer Relations Review Service (in accordance with theirComplaints Procedure), I have still heard nothing.
Can anyone suggest where I go from here, please?
