    I think the important thing to understand is that your case is not unique, PIPEX are the most complained about ISP on our forum at the moment which is saying something.

    The best thing to do is keep persisting and be patient, my advice is to contact me at my email address jason.lloyd AT moneysupermarket.com, and I'll forward you some details in terms of what you can do.

    Pipex Broadband

    I have been a Pipex Broadband subscriber for about 3 years. Last April I was cold-called by Pipex Homecall and persuaded to change my telephone system to them with the promise that I would receive a Broadband upgrade from 2Mb to 8 Mb. Six months later,
    despite numerous phone calls, Verbal promises which have never been kept, reminder emails and most recently a formal letter of complaint sent by Recorded Delivery on 10/10 to The Manager, of their Customer Relations Review Service (in accordance with theirComplaints Procedure), I have still heard nothing.
    Can anyone suggest where I go from here, please?
