The silence was deafening until today. New email received in reply to mine of 25th July or date around that time. Once again they are asking for my account details, telephone number etc. in order to reply to my query!  It wasn't a ' query ' but a reply to one of their messages following on from my statement they will not get a fee for leaving less than 12 months after signing up. They never supplied the connection but can't seem to grasp this simple fact !!!!!!
