Very sad to read of your disastrous experience with Pipex. Having looked up the address that they give on their own website (under Contact Us) is Evesham Street, London W11 4AR. The post code (W11 4AR) does not exist, according to Mapquest. Staggeringly, EVESHAM STREET DOES NOT EXIST EITHER - according to my A-Z (latest edition)! What is going on with these people? Why are they so evasive? Problems are dealt with by phone to India, minimum charge 5p a minute: they keep one hanging on for long periods but refuse to phone you back when they have conducted all their investigations, saying that they are not allowed to dial out! This ensures that maximum revenue is raised from each call - the worse their service, the more money they generate. I do wish you luck!

These are the two same registered addresses found at Companies house. I think it fair to say this is where you should direct your recovery actions.... which the courts have given their approval towards

Hey everyone,

Sad to see alot of ppl are hurt with the services of Pipex so called communications. I had my share of pain from these guys when i lost my online business due to their incompetent engineers. My website was a well known and hi traffic website with 25k users until my site was down over a week which i've lost all reputation and my customer base.

All they said was sorry on a free phone call that i made to their incompetent customer services based in India. I demanded compensation with no avail and took the matter to the small claims court which i won around 2 years ago. I sent bailiffs to their address which seemed to be a postbox so with no chance. I have a court order but i can't get my compensation from them as i can't find their real address to their offices so I can contact bailiffs in that area and enforce the law against these incompetent, ignorant ppl.

If you had any legal dealing with these guys and know their actual address, i would be really grateful to know. You can PM me or reply to my thread. I just wanna hurt these guys for what they have done to thousands of customers but i need your help.
