There is something wrong with this site, as well !  Post half completed but as I went to alter a word it disappeared !

Basically, Pipex failed to provide a connection but took the money from my account. It happened yesterday after warning them they would not get any monies and I regarded them as in Breach of Contract. Instructed the bank to refuse payment which was possible as they had not reached the close of business, so I was luckier than some who are still struggling to get monies returned.

BTW, apologies to the person who sent me about a dozen emails regarding my attempt to post on this subject yesterday ( which also disappeared halfway through ) and to the person who also sent a batch of emails today stating the post had been removed. Pipex sent the wrong Installation CD and I spent about an hour on the telephone trying to activate the connection and talking to Technical Services. Two emails to Customer Services totally ignored ! Am losing the will to live !!!!!!
