lala:thanks guys for you replies, ive actually found myself waiting about 3 weeks to be connected to pipex after subscribing after teh 3 weeks I decided to chase it up only to find out that my order failed as ive never had broadband in my flat before, I would have appreciated a call to tell me of this though

Best thing to do is ring them everyday for an update, eventually they will get so annoyed with you calling they will fix it as soon as they can.

lala:hi ive just signed up to pipex broadband reading the feedback on here it doesnt sound too good, what are the major problems with this company?

You have to realise that the vast majority of customers dont have any problems at all, only the ones with problems tend to write about it and try to get help fixing problems. I myself am a Bulldog customer, Bulldog where bought by Pipex Q3 (I think) last year. The billing errors that people have been seeing on Pipex I have had on Bulldog. This is (from what I am told) is because they are trying to integrate all the systems from their new purchases and their old system.

To be perfectly honest the service is pretty much excellent, the customer service has a lot to be desired but if you have no problems you will be fine.
