Hi --- Join the many disgruntled cashback customers who regularly tell the same tales of woe on this forum, goes to show it's cheaper in any event to stay away from these what should be called, "no cashback deals".

    Phones2uDirect

I obtained two phones from these people, and they have produced every excuse under the sun not to pay up as contracted. They have a very cleverly organised system, which means that it is almost impossible to get your money from them, even if you stick carefully to the rules. The "original" network bill is demanded, and unless you have proof of delivery, they will claim that it was never received, precluding any chance of further payments. Furthermore, even if you send the items recorded delivery, they often show up as not received......not sure if they have some kind of system with the post where they can get away without signing. By the time the post office will check up on your "undelivered" mail, you are out of the imposed 21 day limit, so your claim is refused. These people are nothing but common crooks. I am going to try the small claims court to see if they can apply some common sense, and if I win, will pay to have the bailiffs sent in, as I know they won't pay up on a judgement either. In the meantime....DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! Happy days.......
