Keep away from phones 4u, they will sell you anything then refuse to take it back if you have been missold.

If it looks to good to be true then it is!! Thats why the salesman couldn't give you a decent explanation to a simple question.

Not an expert but i have done a deal like this b4, also have recently got one of the phones 4 u deals. They make money cause they get to hold onto your money for 3 months and get to invest it and earn interest on it. As long as you send in your bills promptly for the chequeback it is usually all ok. I would always check the review sites b4 getting a deal like this from a less known firm.

    Phones 4 U 12 Months Free...

I am tempted by the '12 Months Free' deal Phones 4 U are pushing on their website (the network is Vodafone). I would probably go for the Nokia 6300, although this is not the reasoning behind my query. I am more concerned by the nature of the 'cheque-back' deal. I phoned them up and typically the sales bod informed me that everything was simple and easy and that I would end up paying nothing for an entire years contract (500 mins / 500 texts). However, when I asked him why everyone was not using this offer he could not come up with an explanation. I would like to know how easy it is to adhere to the rules and regulations that Phones 4 U enforce, and how they plan to get my money, as I assume they aren't offering such a deal out of the goodness of their hearts. I do understand that the chequeback comes from Phones 4 U and not Vodafone.
