Been free of my Tiscali hell for about two months now. Now using the much faster dial-up! Am now looking at Eclipse Broadband for my new provider. The only problem is that I just shut down my Tiscali account and didn't ask for a MAC code. Tiscali said that they were going to rid everything from my line within 15 days of closure. Somehow, from previous experiences, I don't believe them. I understand there is a BT 0800 number you can phone to see who still has an "interest" on your line. Trouble is, I can't seem to find it for toffee. Can somebody please help??
