My policy with Phoenix Life Matured on 1st Nov......Thats when all the trouble started...In should have been so easy, they send me the claim form I return it then they send me the cheque....But what they did was send me half the maturity amount, they sent the other half to our previous address where we use to live 6 years ago.....I put the first cheque in the bank and contacted them to sort out the other cheque..they said there records where out of date and they still had us living at the old address even though they had been sending bonus statement etc to the new address.....they said they would cancel the cheque which had gone to the wrong address and send out a new cheque....on checking my bank on fri 10/07 I noticed they had cancelled thr wrong cheque......Cant wait to speak to CUSTOMER SERVICE yet again.................I just wondered if any one else had any problems getting payments out of Phoenix Life........
