I used a dropship website in March to sell a few things on ebay, the service provided wasn't good so decided to stop doing it. The payments for the items was sent to the dropshipper via paypal. Once he had received the funds the orders were processed and eventually dispatched after numerous emails confirming payment.
Some 18 days later after a transaction was complete one of the payments to the dropshipper was refunded into my paypal account for no apparrent reason.
Then a further 4 weeks passed and he contacted me via email saying the balance for an order was outstanding and if it wasn't paid he would pass it onto a debt collecting agencey, he has been extremeley rude.
I wouldn't of had a problem with sending the money back if it wasn't for his rudeness, lack of customer service skills and providing an all together poor serice, at the end of the day i am his customer.
Does anyone know my rights as to the money that was refunded for no apparent reason, bearing in mind he only ships once payment is recieved, as far as i was concerned the transaction complete and he sent me a refund for no apparent reason.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
