Its not an answer, but in my opinion you get what u pay for ie cheap insurance with little or no service.

In saying that did you not get a renewal notice from Paragon your NCD should have been shown on it.

having changed from paragon to churchill insurance i am having a major fight with paragon to get my no claims comfirmation from them have phoned 5 times to the broker they still havent sent it and i am now getting extra charges from churchill of £87.00 as they cannot confirm my no claims please anyonne thinking to go with paragon dont as they are useless after thay have had there money from you no intrest is shown intial cover was from mymotorquote.com although thay have been as helpfull as they seem to be able to be i still think they could do that bit more to help me advice for anyonne go direct to insurers or through somwhere guarranteed to help :)
