If you offer to pay it off at £100 per month, that should keep them happy. Yes, it's worth paying off the full mortgage in installments and not using it again. They may ask for details of income and expenditure as part of the discussions.

Hi guys anyone with a bit of advise or been in a similar situation.

For stupid reasons i have a rather large problem with the halifax current account.

my overdraft is 1300 and im over my overdraft by another 1100.

Stupid i know.

They have talked avbout setting up a payment plan etc to cover this but ive never done this before and dont no what to do or offer.

Also will they include the overdraft now as the outstanding debt and want a payment plan on that aswell meaning total plan for 2400?

I can afford to pay around 100 - 150 a month but just dont now how to deal or negotiate with these ppl.

help would be greatly appreciated.
