Yes, try and sort things out with the supplier first. Their responsibility is to get the item to you. If they can't do that, you should get a refund. Remember to allow for Royal mail strikes this week and next when guessing when the parcel might arrive.

If you get nowhere with the supplier, discuss the matter with your bank. If you paid with a credit card, you should be able to get the payment reversed. Possibly when paying from a bank account too, but you'll have to ask your bank.

The fact that you haven't got the confirmation e-mail shouldn't be too much of a problem. Have a look on the site again, there should be a telephone number for customer services. If they have then give them a call and I'm sure with you're name and address they should be able to resolve the issue.

If there is no number then e-mail them once more. If you still don't get a response then it might be time for more serious action although I'm not sure how easy pursuing the matter will be. Did you pay by credit card, you may have some financial protection there if it does seem like you have been ripped off.

Hi guys

 I bought a t-shirt for my boyfriend and my son from sloganshirts2you.com and still haven't received them. They money came out of my bank account on the 3rd of Aug and i have since emailed them to ask where they are. The problem is, i cant find my confirmation email which i imagine is going to make this a bit more difficuilt, but surely with the payment coming from my bank account works in my favour? I'm totally clueless about these things and would be really grateful if anyone could shed any light on whats the best thing to do.
