I signed up for Orange broadband 18 months ago when i moved to a new flat.
I'm now well out of contract.
I managed to get a very good deal when i signed up and am quite happy with the service and price that I pay. I was initially mis-sold a package and ended up on a very very competitive retentions / Orange employee deal - £5 per month
Recently Orange have phoned me to "review" my service provision.
Essentially they want to make me pay a normal (more expensive) monthly fee for the same service.
Now that I'm past the minimum contract term, what are my options and what are Orange's options?
If I don't want to sign up to a new contract what could happen if I just let the contract roll.
Can orange choose to cancel the contract.... i assume they can.
If i do agree to a new price, do i need to agree to a new minimum term i.e. another 12/18 months comittment?
