Aha . . . so you got caught too! Orange held the calls past the beginning of December as a crude attempt to prevent you claiming that you had made calls before their 'change in policy' so that you could not claim that they had hiked the tarrif on you and so you could not cancel your contract . . .

Complain to OFCOM as a matter of principle (copy to your MP), the networks are presently in deep doo doo for abusing their licensed oligopoly, strange isnt it that over a short period they all denied service to anyone offering a competitive international rate?

Then, complain in writing to Orange, if you get no satisfaction go to CISAS (www.cisas.org.uk)

Orange call forwarding numbers unfair charges & bad customer service

    Hi

I am having hard time with ORANGE

I used 07978906297 during October & November to call abroad. Call to this number were not charged against my monthly allowance neither were billed to me during those months. Instead Orange bulked all of them together and charged me in December 07 and as a result I overran my allowance for the month of December by 269minutes relating to Oct & Nov amounting around £100.

To me this is unfair as I had no notice and on top my allowance was not updated neither billed. Hence there was no way for me to know about these unbilled secretly held calls.

I am following up with ORange and no body cares and I am having worst customer service experience. (I am recording those calls).

Can anyone advice me what I should do get fair treatment?
