I recently signed up for their Home Starter package. The service was up and running within the stated time scale. I'm now getting steady speeds of 6.5 meg (my former ISP Pipex only ever reached 2.2 megs), the few calls I've made to Orange's Customer Services have all been answered promptly and professionally and they even managed to deliver the router on a Saturday evening.

Can't say fairer than that at the moment. The acid test with any ISP is when things go wrong.
