Dear Broadband expert,
My Mum (65) is a onetel customer which I understand is a talk talk company. But when I clicked through from your website to try to sign her up to free broadband on the talk talk website, it wants to charge £15 per month instead of offering free broadband. However, your broadband comparison tool (excellent broadband price comparison tool by the way!) says that she can get free broadband and what's more this site I found called samknows.com says that TalkTalk (CPW) LLU is available at her address. What's going on? Is it a special deal to charge extra for onetel customers?
