Is it jst me or does anyone else think that there is a pattern emerging here regarding NPower? Everyone that posts on these forums all seem to have the nearly the same problem, NPower basically ripping the customer off and coming up with all sorts of excuses not to deal with the problem when a complaint has been made. To me personalyy the company is a complete joke and tehy dont have a clue what deparment is doing what.
Ive just recieved a letter from thier complaints departmnet, exactly the same letter that I got at the start of month, saying that the feel my complaint has been resolved. Yes it has but not by thier department by thier Head of Customer relations, as thats who I has to write to to get it sorted out.
So much for them bleating that they strive for excellant customer service.
My advice: STEER CLEAR, THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
