Re: Not sure the best way forward

    Hi

I assume from that you still own a property outright. A remortgage would be the cheapest option compared to a secured loan and you can choose the term to suit your budget, obviously the shorter the term is the less interest you'll be paying in total.

Not sure the best way forward

    Hi all

We wish to consolidate all our borrowing into one payment and wondered what people would suggest as being the best way forward.

We have circa £40k to refinance and are mortgage free following a critical illness policy payout. Obviously with the amount being over £25k it would be secured but would welcome any input as to the best way forward.

    Thanks

    L
