    Hi...it is feasible but a lot will depend on who you work for and how long you have worked with them. Many of the High Street lenders will lend to ex-pats if the employment status fits their criteria and there is an intention to return to the UK? The likes of Abbey, Birmingham Midshires, Halifax and Bank of Scotland International may be on your list.

    In this economic climate, highly unlikely. You need the services of a good IFA but if you are not in the UK this is also unlikely to happen.

    Non UK Resident Mortgage

    <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span>I own a property that was bought for cash. So I do not have Mortgage or any loan against this property. <span> </span>I am British but live abroad so technically a non- uk resident. </span>
