    I received my Abbey National ZERO card and applied about 3 weeks ago. 0% APR for 6 months on purchases and BT. 0% fee on BT. But it seems they were in the process of withdrawing it then. I managed to find a working link by googling around.

    If you can't find a way to get it online, you could try asking a branch if they've got any forms still, or just phoning them directly and asking if you can still get one.

    Click on the comparison tool to the right of your post, there is a Capital One card with no fee but a low rate of interest...failing that I don't think there is any that are interest free plus no fee.
