Hi guys

I have a mortgage with Abbey (bal 77K, no arrears,uptodate), 2nd charge with Future (67K, 1400 in arrears apparently, just found this out today. I knew I was 300 in arrears from Mays payment). I have also a 3rd charge with Welcome (bal 25K) but I am currently contesting this as they reckon a secured loan was taken out by me in 2004 but I cant remember recieiveing that amount (you would remeber wouldnt you?).

I earn 30K per year but do get commision which OTE is about 15000 this year. My wife earns about 15K. All debt is in my name as is the house.

Basically I want to either remortgage and rduce overall repayments or get a secured loan with a low interest rate and repayment.

Really appreciate it if someone can help me.
