Hi All,

I recently died in a horrific accident at work, i was 54 and had been paying into my PPI policy with the same compnay for 17 years. Having never made a claim on this policy since opening it i felt that in the event of unfortunate circumstances that i would be fully covered. However, when i recently suffered from lack of breath at work which later lead to my heart stopping my insurance company claimed that they did not cover for death in service due to the nature of my job. acording to the company they do not cover Astronauts which had never een explained to me at any time in the past 17 years.

Do you think i would be able to claim 17 years worth of payments back from this compnay?
