i am hoping someone out there can assist me? - i have recently had to remortage from a Capital & repayment fixed rate of 4.99% due to expiration, & at the time i was advised to move to the One Account (offset) due to there being no comeptitive fixed rates on offer, and the fact that there were no ERC's or tie ins allowing me to move any time. - This is an interest only payment option (had to do this to keep the montly outgoings the same...)
Since remortaging i have had nothing but problems with the account, and due to the way things are at present i am now looking to move back to fixed rate (idelally 3 or 5 years)
i currently have savings of £65,000 and am led to belive i have reasonable equity in my current property (approx £70k) & an outstanding mortgage amount of approx £131k, however i am looking to move property next year in between say March & August and just wondered if i was to remortgage again just now, how would i be placed to borrow further when i find a house??? - i think i know the answer to this however just wondered if some clever person out there could assist?
any help or replies would be greatly appreicated,
