    Re: Mortgage in principle

sometimes a mortgage in principle is based on income and outgoings, some do certain checks first but it will still go to an underwriter for further checks. I would use this is a step but not an actual agreement to give you a mortgage as there is still alot of factors that could result to decline.

    Mortgage in principle

Just been giving a mortage in principle not signed anything yet, does this mean we have had checks and been giving after the checks have been done? just sold house not signed missives yet and seen another but can't put offer in for other house until this yet but mortage adviser has said that there is a mortage in princable there for us making a offer for this house, so just wondering if this has been agreed with after checks have been done?
