    My house was given up for repossession 3 years ago due to messy divorce ect.There was no outstanding debt and im now on a sound financial footing.I understand that the repossession stays on my credit file for 6 years but im asking is it possible to take out a mortgage,I realise high percentage for a deposit would be needed.it would be a joint application with my partner who has a good credit history.thanks
