    If you mean the Early Redemption Charges (ERC's) - i.e x% of the mortgage amount if the mortgage is paid off within the fixed rate period - then no, you won't be able to reclaim these even if you have stayed with the same bank. These are part of the fixed rate "gamble".

    I'd also be very surprised if you could claim back the remortgage charges (and I've not heard of anyone being able to do so) - at the end of the day, no one forced you to remortgage and the charges would have been shown in your Key Facts Illustration prior to signing up to the mortgage.

    hi i was wondering if you can claim back the bank charges which we have incurred by buying out of a fixed rate. and the charges when you remortgage we have stayed with the same bank throughout .
