My 12 month contract with Mobileshop.com is coming to an end next week, for which I am supposed to receive 6 sets of cashback. I have submitted my cashback claims periodically as the contract states and I have received confirmation of their receipt of the claims. Mobileshop.com state that they will pay the cashback within 60 days of receiving the claim, but I have so far received nothing. The first claim was submitted in February and I should have received it in April - currently 4 cashback payments are long overdue! I have emailled them several times and they keep responding that they have technical issues and are therefore processing all claims manually (same comment for late payments for past 3 years) and now they have backlog issues also.
Is there anything that I can do to obtain these cashback payments? I do not want the voucher alternatives that they offer, I simply want the cash paid into my bank account.
