I thought these were going to be okay - they look the part! not when it comes to cashback! I have £360 Cashback oustanding from my 12 month contract i have had all my emails saying they have recieved my claim and would i like to swap it? I went through all the forms and clicked i want my cash! 60 days later nothing, yet at no point when you click i want my cash does it tell you then that they are having issues with there database!
Loads of phone calls (one i actually got cut off on purpose - for saying i thought that the company was lying to their customers!) and emails and same repsonse - they say they can not accurately give a date when customers will get there cashback back! Mmmm do you think the Managing Director does not know when they will rectify the problem? "So staff this big system crash, when will it be sorted" "We cant tell you when Mr MD!!" YEAH RIGHT!! Any business will work out errors and problems to see how much it will cost! they should at least give an estimate - they are fobbing us off! The longer money sits in there accounts the better for them!
Another thing is if it was the database that corrupted - you keep back ups! Any decent company would do this to avoid this problem - so the only manual work they would need to do would be from the last good back up of the database to the new!! A weeks worth or month at the most!!
I will not give up on getting my money back!!!! I will use the advise at this website to try and put pressure on them!
Anyone else having problems?? Or advice with mobile Shop?
