hi rtX yea been with them for 10 months now on a 12 month contract 12 months free just about to get my 2nd cashback paid into my account they have been brilliant, you must keep to the t+c and post everything by rec del, then after a few days call their freephone number to check the status and ask them to e-mail you when everything has been verified. they are a big company msols ltd so they have a rep to keep 100% faith in this company go ahead buy with ease all the best ade

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I thought I would take the time to check out the company. Msols Limited is a company registered in England incorporated a little over six years ago. According to Companies House web site, as of today, Msols Limited is overdue in filing its statutory return for the period from 9 July 2006. It was due to be filed by 5 August 2007. By law, companies have to make such returns annually. This record shows that this company has not met this legal requirement - the return is "overdue". The return would include information about who owns and who is running the company. It last filed accounts for the period to 31 March 2007 but its accounts do not indicate it to be a large company. In fact the record shows that the company filed accounts for this period that were sufficiently small to claim the status of "Total Exemption Small". The threshold criteria are not that small to allow such returns but why would a company who wants to show its worth make use of this exemption? The company's filed accounts do not have to be audited and the disclosure regime is less stringent if a company opts for "Total Exemption Small".. I regret that the above does not fill me with confidence about this company. I am going to be wary about buying from them. That does not mean I shall not buy from them, but I am now nervous...

HI rtX If you are going to buy from the net msols have quite a few sites under a different name, i just checked companies house on what you have said. A lot of companies are late on their filing give it another week or so but as i have said i have had no probs and they e-mail you the proof that you are getting your money so if there was any funny business on c/back you have the proof to take them to court under the misinupriation act which happened to phones 2 u direct of severn oaks, hope this is helpful to you best wishes adrian

Hi iv been with them for ten months they are a nightmare trying to get your money back, their t&c say 45 days from them receiving your bills to paying out im now waiting nearly 100 days and they keep stalling, having technical difficulies is the favorite excuse, now their saying my next redemtion bills 7 and 8 are void cause it reached them 2 days late cause of the postal strike, so they can be 55 days or more late paying out yet you cant be 2 days late sending in, i wouldnt deal with them again, they move the goal posts to suit themselves, any excuse not to pay out and they will use it, go elsewhere, i will in future ps cause bills 7 and 8 are void so are all future redemtions, you have been warned take your business elsewhere.

Yes, at the moment i am currently waiting for my first cashback cheque after a wait of approx 50 working days.However it says in their liturature 45 days .Upon querying the long wait about a week ago ,i was told that it was 45 working days maximum time to wait .However in their t&c it states 45 days not WORKING DAYS!! I am just about to try and get some satisfaction from this company now by ringing shortly but i won't be holding my breath! I had problems with this company when i first received my phone from them and discovered that the phone came with german instructions and a european style charger! I managed to sort this out but only after waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement and guess what ? I received yet another bloody german phone !!! How bloody useless and pathetic customer service is that! This company is a nightmare to get hold of and i will never ever use them again.This the second company i have dealt with in terms of cashback deals and to me it's a big hassle and stress trying to get what is rightfully yours.Everything is manipulated so that they have got every reason under the bloody sun to avoid paying out! From now on i think i will go and try to keep monthly line rental down by getting one of the good offers from 3 out at the moment. If i get no joy from today's phone call i shall be threatening legal action.I do not appreciate being messed about and nor should you!!

There WAS another shop named Mobile CONnections,which had been doing business for nearly 10 years, paying its cashbacks on time, very friendly customer service, it grew and grew, that in 2005 it made a profit of over 20 million pounds, In 2006 somwhere close to 50 million pounds, in this year the owner Waseem Siddiqe ,received the entrepreneur of the year, as Mobile CONnections was on the way to make some 70 million plus profits, then a few months ago they started to slip up on the cashbacks from the 10 days,after showing the bill in every month, to 30 days, to 45 days, to every 3 months,but the people still trusted them crooks,because of their excellent past record, And then out of the blue they shut the shop with no explaination,and have left some 90,000 peoples up and down the country in contracts, which are draining their banks! my advise,BE VERY CAREFUL, BEFORE ENTERING INTO A CASHBACK DEAL,COZ THAT DEALER AT SOME STAGE IS GONNA DO A RUNNER, WITH YOUR MONEY,AND LEAVE YOU IN A VERY COSTLY CONTRACT, AND THE NETWORKS ARE NOT INTRESTED, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY,EVEN THOUGH THEM DEALERS ARE AGENTS, WORKING ON THE BEHALF OF THE NETWORKS.

Hi i have been in touch with rainbow and they are going to honour the other cash back deals i have with them, the only thing is when, iv been waiting about a 130 days now,. every time i phone they say it will be with you in seven working days, guess what 7 working days pass, no cheque, phone them again and they reply you will have it in 7 working days, well thursday will be the 7th day again, il keep you informed, but im not holding my breath

update, well today was the 7th working day yet again, and guess what , yea , still no cashback, phoned at 16.50 and yes the accounts dept is shut for the day even tho it says its open till 17.00, so iv to phone back tomorrow, when no doubt it will be another seven days before the cheque is issued ,

hi all just got my second cashback today via bacs to my account they received my paperwork on the 6 august so pretty good going. im very happy now. i have not had any problems but i have phoned them 3 times a week, got onto their live support and anything they say to you to confirm that your cashback is on its way you can print the whole transcript at the end of the conversation as proof of what they have said. I would not use them again coz too much hastle gone to e2save now my g/friend is with them no problems over the last 12 months and money sent within 3 weeks by cheque. if anybody has had probs with the mobile rainbow contact me and I will try and help you get your money which is rightfully owed to you. happy cashbacking and best wishes adrian
