My brother took out a phone contract for his foster daughter, she has run up a £150 debt and refuses to pay it or give him the phone back. Is there anything that he can do? He has cancelled the contract but they are still chasing him for the money.

Whos name was the contract in, if it was the foster daughters they may chase her for the money depending on how old she is.
