Having found out yesterday that both Mobile Media Systems & Mobile Affiliates went into administration on 14/11/2007 I have been doing some research into the situation and have come up with something that I think is very interesting. I looked on the Companies House website. Mobile Media Systems Limited (company reg no. 04440806 reg 16/05/2002) & Mobile Affiliates Limited (company reg no. 05449717 reg 11/05/2005) have indeed been put into administration on 14/11/2007 but I also found that on 09/11/2006 Mobile Media Systems & Mobile Affiliates Limited registered as a limited company (company reg no. 05994003). It looks to me as though they knew they were having problems a year ago and setup this third company as a way of protecting themselves. This worries me in the fact that this third company has not been put into administration along with the other two and that they could therefore start trading again using this company.
