T MOBILE DOES A WEB AND WALK. WHERE U PAY X AMOUNT FOR THE USE AND THEY PROVIDE THE NETWORK ADPTOR FOR LAPTOP AND ITS FREE. YOU NEED TO SET UP A CONTRACT FOR THATBUT COULD HAVE PAY AS U GO PHONE.

OTHER THAT THAT  U CAN USE EITHER 2G OR 3G . 3 IS FASTER. PLACE YOUR SIM CARD IN THE ADAPTOR AND U WILL PAY THE NETWORKS WEB RATE PER CALL.CAR PHONE WAREHOUSE DO LIKE A TOP UP TYPE SO U SHOU;D NEVER GO INTO DEPT BECAUSE U CAN ONLY USE WHAT U HAVE IN CREDIT AND U CAN PICK UP A 2G CARD ON EBAY CHEAP.

DEPENDS ON WHAT U WANT TO DOWN LOAD.

CHECK WITH SUPPLIER BY THE NUMBER YOU ARE GOING TO CONNECT TO INTERNET BY. HAVE THEM PUT IN WRITING THE COST PER MIN.

Mobile as modem for laptop - recommendations

I'm looking for a Pay As You Go Mobile Phone (pref. nokia) and network, that I can use as a modem for my laptop to connect to the internet (GPRS i think as 3g doesn't seem to be available) in and around the Bideford area of North Devon?

Any one have any advice, experience?

    TIA
