    Hello khile,

    Im sorry to hear you have had such an issue, it sounds like they have put through a "cease" automatically, This would normally happen if payment is not recived at some stage they will order a cease, when you phoned they would have placed a request to stop this.

    If the cease order already went to BT Wholesale then they can't stop this.

    The delay you are experiencing is due to the line being cancelled for calls and broadband. To get you back online they need to wait until the line is clear then replace your order. Sadly they can't get accurate timescales of how long this can take and this is why you keep getting different answers.

    The answer above is the most likely cause of your issue, the only thing you can do is to be patient as they will automatically replace your order but you will still be under contract.

    It will take time but your phone and broadband will come back, for now it is best to maintain regular contact with them and possibly seek some credit for the down time.

    Missed Payment

    On the 13 of January i missed my sky payment of £60 and i payed a few days latter but that did not matter to sky in that time they had cut off my phone cannceld sky digital and sky broadband and told bt to re-takeover my line

    on phone them i was told that if i miss a payment that what happens as i explained to them i have missed it by 48 due to unforcean payments (Flood in basement) so after much deliberation they aggred to re-connect me free and once i had payed my bill shore enought Sky digital came back on and was told phone and broadband would take around 72 hours so a bit peved but i thought ok


    Now 3rd of April i have no phone was told will be on by the 10th of april (bt confirmed this)

    BRoadband: when they canneled it they messed up big time everytime i ring they say "It will be on in another 72 hours" so again i wait and nothing . For the last month all there computer says is Canceling (and they say they carnt do anything) what should i do i have no idea where to turn or wha to do

    any help would be great
